Self-doubt can effect us all from time to to time. And frankly can become down right depressing.

Whether it’s about how you perform at your job, at home, or in your relationships, there’s almost always something you can beat yourself up over.

But don’t worry, you’re not alone. We all deal with this whether it’s daily, weekly or just every now and then.

So if you’re feeling a little (or a lot) down on yourself, these quick simple tips could be an instant help.

And remember, no matter what’s going on (or wrong), you can always overcome it with the right mindset. You just need to ‘workout YOU’.

Work Out YOU

1.Sleep

Or should i say cure self-doubt sleep.

By the end of the day, you can end up with an influx of self-doubt. Where did all that come from?

The best thing to do is block it out, unwind when you get home and get a good nights rest.

If you’ve got something to do that evening, set your alarm an hour early. You’ll often have a better outlook in the morning, energy rebooted and ready to tackle the day, confidently!

2. You’ve got time!

When you are on the road to success, it sometimes doesn’t feel like it because of your failures. But remember this is what makes success, learning from them.

Don’t stress about time, nothing happens overnight! Set yourself weekly/monthly goals with a breakdown on how you’re going to achieve them.

And, most importantly, try focusing on living in the moment.

Being so fixated on the past or the future only brings anxiety and doubt.

Focus on YOU in the now.

3. Small triumphs

Just give yourself a pat on the back!

We all want to keep moving forward constantly. But, it won’t hurt celebrating those smaller victories. I think its good for the soul and the inner you!

Sometimes just recognising the small wins everyday can help shift your mindset away from the negative.

Togo for it and celebrate getting out of bed every morning, even brushing your teeth.

Give yourself credit for everything you do and achieve every day… it may feel silly at first but will help!

4. Surround yourself with positive people

Who do you believe in? Who makes you feel at ease and uplifted?

Get them in your life ASAP!

If you can’t meet them, take some time away for a phone call, FaceTime or even a quick text.

These people are massive confidence boosters, it’s not until afterwards you wonder why you hadn’t done it sooner!
